| San Francisco 49ers links for Friday April 26 C. J. Beathard Jersey , 2019"We picked Nick Bosa like just about everyone thought and there are tons of articles. I usually don’t post articles by different writers that basically say the same thing but, just for this week, I made an exception so people can easily find their favorite writer. I don’t know, maybe that is important?There seemed to be a lot of rumors going around about us possibly trading Solomon Thomas or Arik Armstead and while I don’t see that happening and John Lynch was quick to dispel the Thomas rumors, I posted them anyway. My biggest news however is that neither AJ Brown nor Nasir Adderley have been drafted yet. I am keeping my fingers crossed that we are able to draft one or the other at #36. If not one of them then hopefully Greedy Williams. I know a lot of people don’t really like the idea of drafting Williams but I think his exceptional press skills would be a great fit for our defense. If anyone is wondering, I am absolutely ecstatic about the acquisitions of Ford and Bosa. The team had until 1 p.m. PT on Saturday to promote somebody from the practice squad (or sign an outside player) for them to be available on Sunday. They could have chosen to promote running back Jeff Wilson, but did not.Breida was listed as questionable with a knee injury, and he and Kyle Shanahan both said he was a game-time decision. The fact that Wilson was not promoted is not a lock for Breida being active on Sunday, but it is better than had they promoted Wilson. Breida is expected to go through pre-game warm-ups to see how he feels for the game.If Breida plays, he and Alfred Morris would split time at running back, with Kyle Juszczyk handling a lot of third down work Womens Terrell Owens Jersey , and Raheem Mostert getting work as needed. If the 49ers decide on Sunday that Breida can’t go, Morris would be a bit more of a bell-cow back, although Juszczyk could find himself with more snaps, and Mostert get a handful to spell Morris.It is worth noting the team could be short-handed as is at the safety position, with Antone Exum added to the injury list as questionable. But the team is not making any moves to fill depth at running back or safety.Whatever the case, inactives are due at 11:55 a.m. PT on Sunday. We’ll know where things stand by then. |
